What is the withdrawal process from my Trade Wallet?
The withdrawal process from your Trade Wallet is designed to ensure client security and verification. While it does not involve multi-institution signing, it still includes a video verification step.
The process begins when you initiate a withdrawal request through your Onramp Dashboard. From there:

You’ll schedule a video verification call with a member of Onramp’s Client Success team.

During the recorded call, you’ll be asked to verify your identity and confirm the details of your withdrawal request.

After the call, a separate internal team at Onramp reviews the recording and approves the request by quorum.

Once approved, Onramp processes the withdrawal and transfer the requested funds.
Video verification is only required if:

It’s the first time you're withdrawing to the requested address, or
-
You are sending over $250,000 within a rolling 24-hour period.
