• Email Address – This will serve as your primary method of communication and login credential.

• Government-Issued ID – A valid passport, driver’s license, or other accepted form of identification is required to verify your identity.

• Initial Video Verification – As part of our multi-institution security model, you’ll complete a brief video verification call that confirms your identity across all key custody partners.

• Valid Payment Method – You’ll need to link a payment method—such as a bank account or credit/debit card—to facilitate custody fee payments or initial funding if applicable.

This process ensures that your account is set up securely and that you’re fully authorized to interact with your Bitcoin holdings through our multi-signature custody platform.
