How long does a withdrawal from Multi-Institution Custody take? 

Withdrawals from your vault typically take 24–48 hours to complete. Onramp signs transactions on a batch basis, following the completion of your video verification:

  • If your Onramp video verification is completed before 12:00 PM CST
    → Onramp signs the transaction by the end of the same business day.

  • If your Onramp video verification is completed after 12:00 PM CST
    → Onramp signs the transaction by the end of the next business day.

Once Onramp has signed the transaction, you may complete your BitGo video verification at any time. BitGo will then review and, if approved, sign and broadcast the transaction to the network within a few hours.
