Your vault is a real bitcoin address on the blockchain, so you can check its balance yourself at any time. In your dashboard, open your vault, select the Addresses tab, and paste any address into a public block explorer such as mempool.space.
This is real-time proof of reserves for your own vault: you're checking your bitcoin directly, not trusting a report about an exchange's pooled holdings.
