Withdrawals from your vault typically take 24–48 hours to complete. Onramp signs transactions on a batch basis, following the completion of your video verification.
Onramp signing times
Video verification completed before 2:00 PM CST: Onramp signs the transaction by the end of the same business day.
Video verification completed after 2:00 PM CST: Onramp signs the transaction by the end of the next business day.
BitGo signing
Once Onramp has signed the transaction, you may complete your BitGo video verification at any time. BitGo will then review and, if approved, sign and broadcast the transaction to the network within a few hours.
Note: Withdrawal timelines depend on when video verifications are scheduled and completed with Onramp and BitGo.
